Erythrina Mulungu is a tree native to the Amazon region. Tinctures Tincture and Decoctions In traditional Brazilian medicine, decoctions made from the leaves or bark of Mulungu are often used as a sedative, to calm an overstimulated nervous system, lower blood pressure, and treat insomnia and depression.
Although Mulungu is used in African folk medicine to treat pain and for ritual purposes, we strongly advise against consumption. We sell our Mulungu exclusively as an air freshener. Place approximately 5g in an aroma diffuser. Fill the dish with water to prevent the plant material from burning. Light a candle designed for the aroma dish and place it underneath.
